What you’ll do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual secondary sales targets
- Develop and manage primary & secondary dealer/distributor networks
- Conduct regular field visits as per the visit plan
- Generate and convert leads through doctors, rehabilitation centres, KOLs & local surgical shops
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors & KOLs
- Follow up on leads and drive business closures
- Resolve dealer queries and issues effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, field reports and secondary-order inputs

- Strong Sales & Business Development skills
- Dealer/Distributor Management experience
- Lead Generation & Conversion expertise
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM & field reporting
