What you’ll do
- Counsel clients regarding visa requirements and application procedures
- Check and prepare visa documentation
- Handle client queries and follow-ups
- Guide applicants throughout the visa process
- Assist with visa interview preparation
- Maintain accurate client records
What we’re looking for
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of visa/immigration processes
- Relevant experience preferred
