Customer Relationship Analyst (CRA)

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to unregistered students.
• Understand and address student queries related to registration.
• Encourage students to complete the registration process.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/database.
• Analyze calling data and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

What we’re looking for

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer/student interaction.
• Basic analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior experience in customer/student support, telecalling, counseling, or analytics is an advantage.
