What you’ll do
- Manage and optimize the induction hardening process
- Set up and monitor process parameters
- Ensure hardening quality meets specifications
- Lead and mentor a team of operators
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate with PPC to align with Requirements
- Maintain process records, logs, and inspection reports
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing
What we’re looking for
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
